Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-volume periods such as product launches, holidays, or promotions, order processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $90.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping label has been created.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
