It is one of the better hydrations drinks I have found. I like the flavors that they have.

It's the only caffeine I can have without causing mood swings. And it's delicious, although I find I have to mix it with 30-40oz water instead of 16-20 to really get the best flavor

I ran across Squatch Juice at the Portland Sportsman's Show this last February 2026. Tried it and I liked the taste so I bought a 30 Stick package to see how it would work for me. Started doing more field mowing and hiking and found that this stuff is fantastic for recovering from either very sweaty workouts. I was running with Gatorade Zero for the last 7 years but, no more. Squatch Juice helps me recover faster and taste great.
Also, if I truly want to relax & recover I add a couple of shots of Deep Eddy Lemon Vodka and create an adult lemonade.
I have not received my shirt, the shipping is absolutely horrible! It's been stuck in the same place for a week. I suggest you don't ship with USPS!!
